How the sites are built

Pages are generated by Rust at build time. The tools are written in Rust and compiled to WebAssembly, so they run in your browser. There is no JavaScript framework. Every site has a page-weight budget, and a WebAssembly budget where it ships a tool, that it must meet before release.
